Sous Chef at Cattlemen’s Steakhouse in Sac City, Kiley Simonson-Frank has been named one of the Iowa Restaurant Association’s 2025 Top 40 Women to Watch. Each year, the association recognizes women across the hospitality industry for their leadership, creativity, and contributions to the sector. Simonson-Frank began her path in the restaurant industry, working her way up from serving and bartending, to management and is currently the Sous Chef at Cattlemen’s Steakhouse. She graduated with a culinary degree, serving as a high school foods teacher for years, inspiring students discover their own passion for cooking. This is the third consecutive year the Cattlemen’s Steakhouse had an employee selected as a Top 40 Women to Watch contender.
