The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has a very short agenda on the docket for Monday. The board convenes at 9 a.m. in the supervisors’ meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse. They will begin with a routine look at the county’s payables, followed by the appointment of an individual to serve as a Roselle Township Trustee. Beyond those two items, the only other business on the agenda for Monday is manure management annual updates and committee reports. The Monday, Sept. 22, meeting of the Carroll County Board of Supervisors is open to the public and will be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel.
