Several roads will be closed on the south side of Carroll this (Friday) afternoon for Kuemper Catholic’s homecoming parade. The parade begins at 2:15 p.m. at the intersection of E. 1st Street and Clark Street. The route heads south along Clark Street before turning west on Bluff Street. Parade entries then turn north on Carroll Street and head back to the starting point via E. 1st Street. Motorists are asked to avoid traveling in this area while the parade is underway. On-street parking on the parade route will be temporarily unavailable.
