The agenda for the upcoming Carroll County Board of Supervisors meeting includes updates from the Carroll County Growth Partnership (CCGP), and courthouse security quotes. The board convenes at 9 a.m. at the Carroll County Courthouse, beginning with a report from County Engineer Zac Andersen concerning secondary roads. CCGP Executive Director Kimberly Tiefenthaler will then present on the economic development agency’s recent activities. Also on the docket is consideration of a $29,835 quote from IT Outlet for the installation of “panic buttons” in the county’s offices for use in the event of an emergency situation. Representatives from the City of Carroll will also be on hand to request the $50,000 previously allocated by the county to help fund the recent renovations and improvements at Merchants Park in Carroll. Other items on Monday’s agenda include consideration of the Iowa Municipal Workers’ Compensation Association (IMWCA) Board of Trustees ballot, manure management annual updates, and committee reports.
