Howard Jarman Jr., 65, of Fonda and formerly of Carroll, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Fonda Specialty Care in Fonda. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the Carroll City Cemetery in Carroll.
