Stewart Memorial Hospital and Clinics has named Jordyn Sippel, Jaide Hansen, and Jodi Broesder as its third-quarter recipients of the Team Award, recognizing their outstanding teamwork and dedication to patient care. The trio was nominated for their quick and compassionate response during a challenging patient situation that required immediate attention. Each team member went beyond their regular duties to ensure the patient’s comfort and dignity were preserved. Sippel, who works in occupational therapy, was commended for stepping outside her typical occupational therapy role to assist with personal care tasks. Hansen and Broesder from the housekeeping team were also recognized for their professionalism and efficiency in handling a sensitive cleanup situation. Their nominator wrote of the trio, “They provided exceptional care in a timely manner and maintained dignity for the patient by working diligently and thoroughly to clean up the situation.
