Contractors will be traveling throughout Audubon County this week as crews repaint pavement markings on county roads. Beginning today (Monday) and running through Friday, August 8, motorists should expect delays when traveling near the work zones. These locations include 120th Street east of Gray, 150th Street south of Gray, Pheasant Avenue South of Viola Center, 180th street northwest of Audubon, Bluebird Avenue north of Kimballton, 210th Street south of Audubon, 190th Street near the Guthrie County line, Littlefield Drive west of Exira, the Pheasant Avenue and Littlefield Drive intersection, and Littlefield Drive just north of Interstate 80. Drivers are asked to use increased caution as they approach or pass these workers. Barring any weather delays, the painting work is expected to be finished by 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 8.
