Three juveniles are facing criminal mischief charges after driving around and throwing rocks to cause damage to vehicles and a house in Carroll last week. According to the Carroll Police Department, three 14-year-old males were allegedly driving around town on July 18, and caused damage to two car windows and a door of a house. Damages are estimated to be over $1,500 but no more than $10,000. All three juveniles are facing second-degree criminal mischief charges and one has an additional charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. Two of the teens were released to parents while the third was taken into custody of the juvenile courts.
