The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will be meeting on Monday with a presentation and to review a grant end of the year report on the agenda. The supervisors will gather at 9 a.m. in the Supervisors meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse to first hear a presentation on the Text My Gov texting and software program. Many cities in the listening area are utilizing this service to give another option to community members to stay informed and to reach out to governmental bodies in non-emergency situations. Following the presentation, the supervisors will approve of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 County Substance Abuse Grant’s end of the year report, viewing expenses and remaining balance of funding. The meeting will conclude with the approval of a tax suspension, manure management annual updates and committee reports.
