Whiterock Conservancy in Coon Rapids is excited to announce the addition of two new hike-in campsites for naturalist and camping enthusiast to enjoy. After numerous of request were made for a more secluded location, Whiterock staff were able to create two sites near the prairie and the oak savanna edge that are accessible by hiking or biking for tent-camping only. The campsites offer the seclusion away from the other sites, which will give a better view of the vast scenery that can be found at Whiterock. The sites are officially open and ready for use.
