Duane Sporrer, 97, of Carroll passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at St. Lawrence Church, St. John Paul II Parish, in Carroll. Burial is in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Carroll
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the
Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Additional visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. on Saturday at the church.
