Eight juveniles were charged with criminal mischief yesterday (Monday) in connection with vandalism reported at Carroll’s Graham Park. According to the Carroll Police Department, five 14-year-old males, two 13-year-old males, and one 12-year-old male were apprehended by law enforcement for spraying graffiti in the open shelter and the nearby bathrooms, resulting in serious misdemeanor charges for the juveniles. The youths were taken into custody and later released to their parents. The charges have been forwarded to the juvenile courts for processing.
