Carroll agencies responded to a vehicle and motorcycle accident near Motor Inn on Monday morning. Carroll County Emergency Medical Services were dispatched at approximately 10:12 a.m. near W Highway 30 and Le Clark Road for a single vehicle and a motorcycle accident, with the rider sustaining serious injuries to the lower extremities.
