Janet “Jan” Kay Sorensen, age 75, of Exira, IA, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Unity Point Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, IA.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at the Exira Lutheran Church, with Mr. Jason Ziager officiating. Following the funeral, interment will take place at the Exira Cemetery. Following the committal, a luncheon will be held in the Fellowship Hall of the Exira Lutheran Church.
Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the start of the funeral service.
