A Carroll man has been released from custody after allegedly stealing numerous of tools from a construction site and damaging fuel lines to vehicles. According to Carroll County District Court records, authorities say 29-year-old Andrew Christopher Kei Forcier trespassed into a construction site on Griffith Road in Carroll on April 21. While at the location, Forcier allegedly stole numerous of tools and damaged fuel lines on two different vehicles, causing approximately $400 worth of damage to each truck. Forcier was released from custody at the Carroll County Jail and is scheduled for his arraignment hearing on June 26 at the Carroll County Courthouse. Forcier is being charged with second-degree theft, a class D felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a serious misdemeanor. Forcier is also facing two additional fifth degree theft charges for incidents on April 4 and May 4, and fourth degree theft for an April 22 alleged crime. If convicted of all charges, Forcier can face a maximum sentence of up to 7 years in prison and over $15,000 in fines.
