Iowa Fuel Report: June 11, 2025

Fuel prices slid several cents in this week’s fuel report from the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS) and AAA-Iowa. As of Wednesday, June 11, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline in the state was $2.92, down two cents from last week and 23 cents below prices from a year ago. The national average on Wednesday was also down two cents to $3.12 per gallon. As for diesel, Iowa’s average was down three cents to $3.28 per gallon, 29 cents below last year. Local diesel prices remain 23 cents below the $3.51 national average. In renewable fuels at the Des Moines Terminal, E10 was $1.95, Unleaded 87 was $2.28, ULSD#2 was $2.20, ULSD#1 was $2.46, and E70 was $1.88. Natural gas prices at the Henry Hub reporting site were down 21 cents to $3.51 per MMBtu.
