The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Education will host a special meeting Thursday morning to discuss a change order for the transportation facility project. During the board meeting Monday night, there has been a schedule delay with a part that is needed to provide much of the electricity to the building. Different options were brought to the members which included waiting for the switch to be delivered in October, pushing the whole project back, expediting it for an additional expense and have it delivered in August or having a custom switch made which could potentially be double the amount of what the original piece cost. The board members will review all options on Thursday morning and approve what decision would be best for the district’s project. The meeting will be at Adams Elementary School board room starting at 8 a.m. The meeting is open to the public.
