A Carroll man has entered a plea of guilty for engaging in sexual activity with a fourteen-year-old girl at a Carroll hotel room earlier this year. According to Carroll County District Court records, 24-year-old Antonio Lamar Deshaunte Hatcher performed sex acts with a minor female back in February, being over four years older than the victim. Hatcher has pleaded guilty to third-degree sexual abuse, a class C felony on Monday, May 19. A plea hearing is scheduled for June 16 at the Carroll County Courthouse. Hatcher can face a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison, and $13,660 in fines.
