The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office hosted the annual Third Grade Bicycle Rodeo for students at Exira-EHK and Audubon Community School District (CSD) last week. In preparation for the summer months, deputies visited with every third-grade student on bike safety and assisted with new tricks. Each participant was also given a new bike helmet to ensure that head protection would be worn. The helmets were purchased thanks to the Audubon County Farm Bureau, Clayton Dorsey Agency, Audubon Firehouse and Flames, and Audubon Masonic Association donations.
