Estherville Man Has Pled Not Guilty To Allegedly Performing Sex Acts And Fondling Three-Year-Old Girl

An Estherville man pleads not guilty and will face a jury trial for allegedly sexually abusing a three-year-old girl. According to Sac County District Court records, 70-year-old David Ullom, allegedly performed a sex act and fondled a child in September 2022. He is currently being charged with second-degree sexual abuse, a class B felony, and lascivious acts with a child, a class C felony. A jury trial has been scheduled for August 26 at the Sac County Courthouse. If convicted, Ullom can face up to 35 years in prison and $13,660 in fines.
