Coon Rapids officials are reminding residents and visitors to stay off of the Riverside Bike Trail for the next few weeks as crews will be repaving the trail starting this week. On Wednesday, workers will be overlaying hot asphalt on the path, which can damage bike tires and cause uneven and damaged surfaces if the trail is utilized before giving the proper time to harden. Campers, bicyclist, and other visitors are asked to avoid the area until the work is completed.
