Mass of Christian Burial for 68-year-old Dennis Hoffman of Vail will be held 10:30 AM, Tuesday, May 13 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Vail with burial in the parish cemetery.
Visitation with family greeting friends will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M., Monday, May 12th at St. Ann Catholic Church in Vail. with a Prayer Service at 3:45 P.M. He passed away Wednesday, May 7th at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Hoffman; son, Nick Hoffman and wife Sara of Ankeny; daughters: Rachel Green of Cascade, Amy Hoffman of Wisconsin and Haley Hoffman of Kansas City; five grandchildren; brother, Mark (Kristi) Hoffman of Vail; sisters: Lisa (Scot) Stoelk of Westside and Joni (Theodore) Hawley of Missouri Valley; other family members and friends.
