The Audubon Public Library has released this year’s line-up of performers during the free concert series, Music in the Park. The free events are held every Thursday, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., starting in June through the end of July at the Audubon City Park. Kicking off the first concert is Neil Hewitt on June 5, followed by Brad Morgan on June 12. Studio 728 and Chad Elliot wrap up the month of June on the 19 and 26, respectively. The concert on July 3 will feature Brick Imerman, followed by Darla Hansen and Third Wish on July 10. The week of July 17, there will be no concert due to the Audubon County Fair. The remaining two acts finishing this year’s Music in the Park will be Jo Beane and Girls Next Door on July 24 and Blane Kerkhoff on July 31. Again, all of the concerts are free to attend, but donations to the library to continue to support events like the concerts, or the various library programs held throughout the year are very much appreciated.
