The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has a short agenda for its meeting on Monday, at least compared to the one from the prior week. The board convenes at 9 a.m. at the Carroll County Courthouse in the supervisors’ meeting room. They’ll open with a public hearing on a routine Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 budget amendment, followed by a resolution to accept it. The supervisors will then hear from County Engineer Zac Andersen about limestone and gravel quotes for the year and a general update from the Secondary Roads Department. Representatives from the Manning Childcare Center will then present their FY26 funding request from the county. The only other items on the agenda are approval of payables, manure management annual updates, and committee reports. The meeting on Monday, Feb. 10, is open to the public and will be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel.
