The trustee of the Warren H. Timmerman Charitable Trust and Gilbert and Barbara Renze Charitable Foundation, Iowa Savings Bank, has announced the opening of the July 2024 grant application cycle. The Timmerman Trust focuses on projects within Carroll County, and half of the funds awarded annually are reserved for projects in the immediate Manning area. More than $2.4 million has been donated through the trust since its inception. The Renze Foundation funds qualified charitable purposes in Sac and Carroll Counties. The foundation has distributed more than $910,000 since its creation. Grants are available to 501(c)(3) charities or governmental entities. Completed applications must be returned to Iowa Savings Bank by email, mail, or by hand on or before Wednesday, July 10.
