4th Annual Carroll SuperDraft Raises $15,000

The 4th annual Carroll SuperDraft softball tournament hosted earlier this month raised a remarkable $15,000 for patients receiving treatment at the St. Anthony Regional Cancer Center. In just a few short years, the SuperDraft, led by Katie and Tad Decker, Katie and Kyle Cornelius, and Nicole and Colby McCarville, has raised over $62,000. On Saturday, May 11, hundreds of players and fans gathered at the Carroll slow-pitch softball fields for one of the area’s fastest-growing fundraisers to play ball, have fun, and make a difference for families facing the myriad challenges of a cancer diagnosis. Funds are raised in a variety of ways, including tournament registration fees, a silent auction, sponsorships, and private donations. That money is used by the hospital to help patients with gas and grocery expenses, gifts for patients’ children, family outings, and much more. While this year’s tournament is over, donations are still being accepted via the Carroll SuperDraft Venmo, which is included below.
