With the multiple confirmed tornados spotted and severe thunderstorms that have passed through this afternoon (Tuesday) in Calhoun County, currently, 169 consumers who use Calhoun County Electric Cooperative are without power. The Calhoun County Electric Association has dispatched a line crew between Lohrville and Lake City and north by Rands area to fix the issue, but are unsure of how long customers can expect outages to last. Crews will be working on the outage areas until power is restored.
