The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday (Jan. 22) at 9 a.m. for their regular scheduled meeting at the conference room located at Swan Lake Education Center. The board’s first agenda item is the Manning Child Care Center funding request in FY25. The board will discuss the right-of-way signage and hear an update from the Secondary Roads Department. The supervisors will approve the recorder’s quarterly report and the semi-annual report for the county’s Substance Abuse Prevention program. The board will review the Carroll County Ordinances and set a public hearing date for the FY24 County Budget Amendment. Last on the agenda, the board will hear the annual updates from William Smith, Pig Palace, and 286 Finishers for manure management and committee reports. The meeting is open to the public.
