GOP Presidential Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy continues his push to generate support among Iowa voters with a campaign stop in Carroll on Thursday morning. Ramaswamy has consistently polled around five percent, peaking in August at 11 percent. The Ohio businessman-turned-politician will stop at the Carroll Pizza Ranch at 11:30 a.m. for a town hall with potential caucus-goers. With just under seven weeks until Iowa’s first-in-the-nation caucuses on Jan. 15, former President Donald Trump remains the clear frontrunner in Iowa and nationally. Currently, polling averages show Trump with 44.7 percent, followed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis at 17.5 percent, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley at 15.3 percent, and Ramaswamy at 4.7 percent.
