Rex Rand Rusher previously known as Richard Lamberty Jr., age 63, of Robbinsdale, MN, died Saturday, September 23, 2023, at The Villas at Robbinsdale. The Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday at the Lampe & Powers Funeral Home in Lake City, IA. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Rex is survived by his mother Beverly Lamberty of Manson, IA.
