The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has moved next week’s meeting to Tuesday because of the Labor Day holiday. The board will convene at 9 a.m. at the Carroll County Courthouse in the supervisors’ meeting room. The board’s first item of business will be to review a quote from Tyler Technologies for software to manage the county’s payroll system as they prepare to shift to a new payment style at the end of the year. The only other item of note on Tuesday’s agenda is to schedule a public hearing date for a Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 budget amendment. They’ll close the meeting with three manure management annual updates and committee reports. Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public and will also be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel.
