Iowa’s annual Sales Tax Holiday begins later this week. The tax holiday officially starts at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 4, and continues through 12 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5. During the designated tax exemption period, eligible clothing and footwear items having a selling price of under $100 will be exempt from state sales tax, providing a significant cost-saving advantage for consumers.
