Iowa Savings Bank, the trustee of the Gilbert and Barbara Renze Charitable Foundation and the Warren H. Timmerman Charitable Trust, invites area non-profit organizations, community groups, and government entities to apply for the latest round of available grants. The Renze Foundation provides funding for qualified charitable purposes in Sac and Carroll Counties. The foundation has distributed more than $850,000 since its creation. The Timmerman Trust focuses on projects within Carroll County. Half of the funds awarded annually are reserved for projects in the immediate Manning area. The Timmerman Trust has donated over $2.27 million since its inception. Application forms are available by emailing jmiddleton@iowasavingsbank.com or amenzel@iowasavingsbank.com, or by submitting a written request to Iowa Savings Bank at 510 W. U.S. Highway 30 in Carroll. Applications are due by Friday, July 7, and awards are expected to be announced in July or August.
