The 39th annual Friends of Kuemper Ball is this weekend, and organizers are reminding people tickets are still available for those interested in attending. Doors to the ball open at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 29. Ball Chair Stacie Tonniges says they will again be hosting the night’s festivities at the Kuemper Fieldhouse.
Stephanie Hausman, another of the ball chairs, says it is not too late to enjoy a fun “black and white” themed evening and support the Kuemper Catholic School System.
The money raised at Saturday’s event will help improve Kuemper Catholic through staff salary enhancements, technology integration, capital improvements, and much more.
Hausman says she is excited about the evening’s entertainment and has been practicing some herself.
The “Thanks Mom & Dad” challenge from Brian and Patty Hannasch is back for the 39th annual Friends of Kuemper Ball, and every dollar raised over $600,000 will be doubled thanks to a matching contribution. Again, doors open at 5:30 p.m. with an open bar for the first few hours. Carroll Broadcasting will bring you more for Saturday’s festivities in the upcoming newscasts.
