A Carroll juvenile has been charged with theft after he was found in possession of stolen vehicle Wednesday night. According to the Carroll Police Department, a 14-year-old male was taken into custody in connection to a report of a vehicle theft at approximately 11:45 p.m. in the 200 block of E. 3rd Street. The minor is charged with operation of a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, an aggravated misdemeanor, and fifth-degree theft, a simple misdemeanor. The case has been forwarded to the juvenile court, and he was transported to the Youth Emergency Services (YES) Center in Cherokee.
