Registration is available now for the Carroll Chamber of Commerce’s 8th annual Color Fun Run/Walk 5K, scheduled for later this spring. On Saturday, June 10, participants will gather at Swan Lake for a jaunt around the park. Early registration is open now at www.carrolliowa.com/color-run for $30 for adults and $20 for kids between six and 12 years old. Children five years of age and younger can join the fun for free. Participants will travel along the predetermined route and be doused in brightly colored powders by the event’s business sponsors. Registration fees cover the cost of admission, a Color Run t-shirt, and a goodie bag for each participant. The early registration deadline is Friday, May 26. Registration will also be available on the day of the run, but t-shirt availability will be limited for last-minute signups.
