Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley will visit Denison on Tuesday afternoon as the 2024 Iowa Caucus season kicks off in the area. The event, which will be hosted by the Crawford County Republican Women, will take place at the Bella Sera Restaurant on Oak Ridge Drive at noon and is open to the public. Haley, who served as a UN Ambassador during the Trump Administration, is one of only five Republicans who have officially declared their candidacy for the party’s 2024 presidential nomination. Senator Joni Ernst and 4th District Representative Randy Feenstra will also be joining Haley in Denison. The three politicians are expected to speak on issues of importance to the Republican Party, such as immigration, foreign policy, and the economy. Pizza, refreshments, and desserts will be available during the program for a suggested freewill donation of $10. If you have any questions, please contact Crawford County Republican Women President Gwen Ecklund at 712-269-2250.
