Calhoun County Public Health (CCPH) is hosting an event coming up next month called a Matter of Balance. The event consists of eight classes, one and a half hours long, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The classes are for older adults who want to learn how to eliminate the fear of falling and learn about fall prevention techniques. The course will be held from May 3 to June 21 each Tuesday at Calhoun County Public Health. The event is free and aims to help individuals feel better, be in control, and do what they want to do.
