A Carroll Recreation Center lifeguard saved the life of man earlier today (Friday). At approximately 11:45 a.m. an adult male was pulled form the pool after going unconscious. The life guard performed lifesaving actions with the man regaining consciousness before Carroll County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived. The male was transported to St. Anthony Regional Hospital for additional treatment. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene.
