The Carroll Community School District Board of Education will be convening a special meeting to present awards on Wednesday, Dec. 22. At 8:15 a.m., they will call the meeting to order in the Carroll High School gymnasium for the Tops in Tigerland awards. Parents, friends and community members are encouraged to attend. It is anticipated they will conclude by 9 a.m.
