The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will continue to hear updates and Fiscal Year 2023 funding requests from local non-profit organizations at their next meeting on Monday morning. New Opportunities, the Carroll County Fair Board and Manning Childcare Center are all slated to make presentations at the opening of the meeting. The supervisors will then receive an update from the Secondary Roads Department and consider a resolution that changes the 28E agreement between the City and County of Carroll on cost allocations for the City/County Communications system. The supervisors will convene at 9 a.m. in the lower-level meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse. The meeting is open to public attendance and will also be livestreamed via their YouTube channel, a link to which is included below.
