No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department was dispatched to the scene at the intersection of Grant Road and Elmwood Drive at approximately 3:16 p.m. Their initial investigation determined a 2004 Dodge Dakota, driven by 33-year-old Caroline Conine of Carroll, was traveling northbound on Grant when a southbound 2016 Ford Edge, operated by 15-year-old John Teggatz of Carroll, attempted to turn left onto Elmwood. The Dodge collided with the passenger side of the Ford, resulting in functional damages to both vehicles. Teggatz was cited for failure to yield on a left turn.
