A Sac City man has won more than $61,000 prize through one of the Iowa Lottery’s InstaPlay games. Alex Logelin claimed his winnings on Friday at the Iowa Lottery’s regional office in Storm Lake. Logelin purchased his JACKPOT PARTY Progressive ticket from the Sac Liquor Store. JACKPOT PARTY is a $10 game with overall odds of one in 3.45. The jackpot, which has odds of one in 40,000, starts at $10,000 and increases with each ticket sold statewide until it is won.
