Manning Regional Healthcare Center (MRHC) is hosting a retirement reception for long-time Physical Therapist, Charlie Whalen. The community is invited to share their well-wishes with Whalen on Tuesday, Aug. 3, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the MRHC conference center. Leadership says the dedicated team of therapists will continue to offer a wide range of rehabilitative therapies. These include physical, occupational, respiratory and speech therapy.
