A Carroll woman was arrested early Friday morning for public intoxication after she was found by law enforcement partially disrobed on U.S. Highway 30. According to Carroll County District Court records, a Carroll Police Department officer located 38-year-old Jennifer Lynn Stricker sitting in the middle of the roadway near the intersection with Quint Avenue at approximately 5:31 a.m. A police affidavit says Stricker yelled at the officer when he approached and appeared incoherent. Authorities allege Stricker was under the influence of narcotics, and she was taken into custody. She was booked into the Carroll County jail and charged with public intoxication, a simple misdemeanor.
