Carroll at Raccoon River Conference Tournament
Carroll had a successful day at the Raccoon River Conference tournament where they finished in second place Monday. The Tigers finished the 18 hole tournament with a score of 369, behind tournament champion Gilbert who shot a 333. Along with their top two finishes, two of their golfers finished third and fifth in the individual scores and became all-conference golfers.
Laura Sweeney finished in third place in the individual scoring with an 80 on the day. Grace Pettit did equally as well, finishing her day with a score of 88, ranking fifth overall individually. With those scores, Sweeney and Pettit were named all-conference golfers. Erin Winker continued the scoring for the Tigers as she finished the day with a score of 100. Ashley Danner rounded out the scoring for the Tigers, ending her day with a score of 101.

Kuemper at Hawkeye 10 Conference Tournament
The Kuemper Knights were in action Monday as they competed in the Hawkeye 10 conference golf tournament. The Knights finished the 18-hole day with a score of 461. Creston was crowned tournament champions with a score of 370.
Four golfers for Kuemper competed in the tournament. Kenna Soppe shot a team low score of 111. Abby Nees and Kara Daniel ended their days with the same score of 115. The final golfer for Kuemper, Grace Tigges, ended her day with a score of 120. The Knight’s season continues on Friday, May 14th when they take on Fort Dodge.

Coon Rapids Bayard and Glidden Ralston at Rolling Valley Conference Meet
Coon Rapids Bayard and Glidden Ralston were in action Monday at a regular season Rolling Valley Conference meet. Coon Rapids Bayard ended the day ranked in third place with a final score of 435. Glidden Ralston did not record a team score due to playing only two golfers. Boyer Valley ultimately won the meet with a score of 396.
For Coon Rapids Bayard, Alaya Betts had the team’s lowest score of 96, good for 4th place individually. Emma Hart contributed to the overall score with an individual score of 110. Brynn Bass shot three strokes more than Hart, scoring a 113. Morgen Hart rounded out the scoring for the Crusaders, ending the day with a score of 116.
Glidden Ralton’s two golfers were Kim Daily and Elizabeth Lloyd. Daily ended the 18 hole course with a score of 95 and was awarded runner up medalist honors. Lloyd ended her day on the course with a score of 159.
