The Audubon Wheelers played well in their loss against Creston on Thursday. Creston won seven to two in overall matches played, but the Wheelers walked away with quality wins. Audubon won 29 of their games played between their singles and doubles games. 

Jill Denny pulled out a great 8-2 win over Jess Eblen of Creston in her singles match. Denny teamed up with Kate Tessman in doubles where they lost 8-2. Sophia Sebetka had a close singles match against Creston’s Halle Evans, where she ultimately lost 8-6. Sebetka was able to win her doubles match with her teammate Rachel Heuss by a score of 8-5. Kya Petersen and Aleah Hermansen had a close doubles match as well, losing 8-4.

Halle Evans of Creston won 8-6 over Sophia Sebetka of Audubon
