Fort Dodge Airport Announces United Express Flights To O’Hare Will Take Off March 1

The Fort Dodge Regional Airport is excited to announce daily United Express jet service to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport will be starting March 1. The new flights, operated by SkyWest Airlines who has 47 years of experience in connecting small and medium communities to regional hubs are headquartered out of St. George, Utah and will be providing seamless access to the United Airlines global network. Ticket sales are available now at united.com. “The business community and leisure travelers have been wanting jet air service that provides seamless connectivity to not only the cities across the nation, but also for those businesses that have overseas partners,” says Director of Aviation for the Fort Dodge Regional Airport, Rhonda Chambers. SkyWest will be utilizing 50-seat jet aircraft, aiding the regional airport in their goal of reaching and surpassing 10,000 plus passenger boardings per year. “These new flights are a great option for Fort Dodge travelers, whether they need to fly to Chicago or beyond,” says SkyWest’s Managing Director of Market Development, Greg Atkin. “Passengers on every flight will also be able to fly with confidence, thanks to the layered approach to safety, that includes enhanced cleaning, mandatory face coverings and customer self-assessments with check-in.” Flights will be timed to provide maximum connection opportunities for both business and leisure travel.
