Jefferson Police Department Opens Investigation Into Report Of Stolen Semi

The Jefferson Police Department has opened an investigation into the theft of a semi-tractor and trailer. At approximately 8:56 a.m. Wednesday, Brock Louk, contacted law enforcement to report his Peterbilt 9T was missing. According to Louk, the truck was last seen parked at 600 North Elm St. around 9 p.m. Tuesday evening and was missing the following morning. Officers have entered the stolen vehicle’s information into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). Anyone with information about the location of the semi is asked to contact the Greene County Law Enforcement Center at 515-386-2136
