A motorcycle seized and then forfeited is being sold by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and County Attorney. Offers will be accepted until 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10 on the 2014 Triumph Thunderbird with only 3,777 miles. The six-speed motorcycle features a 1597cc, liquid cooled, dual overhead cam, twin cylinder engine. The vehicle was seized from a convicted methamphetamine dealer. Those interested in viewing the bike at the Carroll County Courthouse prior to submitting an offer can do so by contacting Sheriff, Ken Pingrey, at 712-210-0142. The Sheriff reserves the right to decline any and all offers. The proceeds raised from this sale will be used in the ongoing efforts to combat the use and sale of illegal drugs.
